As an employer you are required by law to display the health and safety law poster, or to provide each member of your team with the equivalent pocket card. The poster has to be displayed where your team can easily read it.
The poster outlines British health and safety laws and includes a straightforward list that tells your team what they and you as their employer need to do
It’s a good idea to add details of any employee safety representatives or health and safety contacts to the poster so that your team know where to go for advice or to raise any concerns.
